Resources for Students

The Wellness Centre page has up to date information on services available to UBC students

Visit Crisis Support for 24/7 Support Options. Get help if you or someone else is in immediate danger, or at risk of

harming yourself or others.

 

Resources for Faculty and Staff

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a confidential and voluntary counselling support service that provides you and your family with the help you need to resolve a wide range of personal, work, health or life issues. Morneau Shepell’s Care Access Centre is available 24 hours, seven days a week, at 1-800-387-4765
