Dr. Armando Alcazar receives Emerging Leader Award from the Metabolomics Association of North America

Congratulations to Proteomics Core Manager Dr. Armando Alcazar, on receiving a highly competitive award granted by the Metabolomics Association of North America (MANA) to one outstanding PhD working in a core facility in North America.

The  Emerging Leader Award in Metabolomics Service Cores award recognizes contributions in metabolomics and promotes the leadership skills of a service core researcher/scientist holding primary responsibility for a metabolomics service core. MANA will contribute up to $1000 in attendance cost toward a leadership course/workshop of the winner’s choice within 18 months of the award date.

Dr. Armando Alcazar received this award from of Dr. Tom Metz, president of The Metabolomics Association of North America, at the MANA 2022 conference hosted by the University of Alberta and The Metabolomics Innovation Centre (TMIC) in Edmonton, Canada.
