Do you ever wonder what to do with the left over dry ice you receive in shipments?
Do you ever need some dry ice for experiments or to ship a package?
Here in the LSI we are going try and start a dry ice recycling program – but it will take some work from all of us. Once you get a dry ice shipment and have put away your sample – please take the left over dry ice to the large metal Dry Ice box conveniently located in the styrofoam recycling cage down by the loading dock on B2 (follow the signs). If you need some dry ice you can go down there to get some. This will only work if we have both givers and receivers! You can still buy dry ice from stores but it would be great to recycle what already comes to the building!
